Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Data Center project near Alexandria, LA. The role oversees safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade coordination to ensure quality delivery.

With projects up to $15 million, the PM will work with the Superintendent and design team, manage procurement and submittals, and drive value through efficient project execution while maintaining AP’s IIF safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of project leadership on >$5M contracts.
• Alternate: associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant PM experience on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team with the Superintendent to manage safety, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation of requirements.
• Prepare and update detailed construction schedules and oversee cost control and procurement.
• Attend and document meetings; ensure on-time close-out and document control.
