Job summary

TEAMLINX is seeking a meticulous Low Voltage Quality and Training Specialist to ensure top-tier cabling quality in hyperscale data centers. The role emphasizes fiber and copper installations, compliance with standards, and safe practices across multiple sites in Salt Lake City.

You will verify project scopes, inspect installations, and mentor junior QC staff, coordinating with project managers to resolve deviations and maintain high reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network cabling, including fiber and copper installations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections of network cabling projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise and guide cabling crews, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers to address deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation for inspections and progress.
