Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is hiring a Data Center IT Infrastructure Technician to support client requests in our data center spaces. You will address tickets from inception to resolution, troubleshoot servers, network devices, cabling, and power, and assist with racking, stacking, and documentation.

You will also help with help desk duties, cross-connect installation, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues while following change control and SLA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex high-availability data center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of data center processes (power, cooling, redundancy).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with data center networking basics and patch panels.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, inventory, and install client hardware into racks.
• Coordinate tasks and manage requests to resolution.
• Install cabling per standards and label components.
• Troubleshoot enterprise hardware and perform component replacements.
• Install and manage Power Distribution Units and related equipment.
• Maintain ticket communications and adhere to SLA guidelines.
