NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Data Center IT Infrastructure Technician to support client hardware in our data centers. You will troubleshoot, rack and stack equipment, manage cabling, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with help desk tasks as needed.

The role requires on-site work and strong communication, with a focus on reliability and incident response. Requirements include 3–5 years in data center or help desk, CompTIA A+, and ideally CompTIA Network+ and BICSI Installer 1.

Formación

• 3–5 years of data center or help desk experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience required.
• CompTIA Network+ and BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unbox, inventory, and install client hardware into racks.
• Coordinate technical tasks with internal groups and manage requests to resolution.
• Install cabling and organize per standards; perform diagnostics and replacements.
• Provide corporate desktop support tasks and participate in critical incident calls.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
