Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Center IT Infrastructure Technician to support client requests within its data center spaces.

You will troubleshoot hardware, manage servers, network devices, cabling, and power connectivity, and assist with racking, stacking, documentation, and occasional help desk tasks. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data center or help desk roles, familiarity with data center processes, and CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data center environment or help desk experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, inventory, and install server, storage, and network devices into client racks.
• Manage assets including inventory audits, receiving and shipping equipment.
• Install cabling per standards and label accordingly.
• Troubleshoot enterprise hardware and perform component replacements (DIMMs, drives, power supplies).
• Provide clear communication through tickets and calls; participate in incident calls as needed.
