Job summary

SpaceXAI in the United States is seeking a Documentation Control Specialist to oversee the integrity of technical documents across data center construction and operations projects. You will implement robust control processes to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

You will manage the full lifecycle of drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, permits, and as‑built records, and train teams on Aconex, Procore, and Bluebeam to enable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of document control experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of project documents including drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and permits.
• Implement and maintain document control processes using EDMS platforms.
• Perform markup, review, and version control using Bluebeam Revu.
• Process incoming/outgoing documents: review for completeness, register, distribute via transmittals, and track approvals.
• Support regulatory compliance for permits, environmental assessments, safety docs, and records for power plant and datacenter operations.
• Generate status reports, dashboards, and metrics in Procore and Aconex.
• Facilitate audits by providing quick access to controlled documents and records.
• Train project teams on Aconex, Procore, and Bluebeam best practices.
