M.C. Dean is seeking a Document Management Specialist 2 to manage project documentation in a fast-paced data center construction environment. You will maintain drawings, submittals, RFIs, specifications, and turnover packages with strict version control and client standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with field, engineering, and client teams, ensuring access to the latest documents in ACC/workflows and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and QA/QC across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or High school diploma with 8+ years document control experience on data center or mission-critical projects
• Direct experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar cloud-based construction management platforms
• Strong understanding of Submittal processes, construction drawings and specifications, CCD, and ASI
• Experience managing high-volume document environments across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Document Control & Management within ACC and client platforms
• Maintain issue logs, version histories, and approval workflows
• Coordinate submittal workflow from creation through approval and closeout
• Perform QA/QC checks on outgoing document packages
• Compile turnover packages: As-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals
