Job summary

Midea America Corp. is expanding its post-sale support for data center products in the Phoenix area.

The role will diagnose faults, provide both remote and on-site technical assistance, and lead reviews to drive quality improvements across magnetic chillers, CDU, and precision cooling equipment. Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering training to customers and service teams, and collaborating with sales on technical solutions for key engagements.

Qualifications

3+ years in after-sales service or after-sales support positions, familiar with large water chillers' principles and troubleshooting methods.
Knowledge of data center industry and basic understanding of construction sites.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex faults in data center products (magnetic chillers/CDU/fan walls/precision AC); provide remote and on-site technical support.
Organize post-fault reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans, and drive corrective actions and product quality improvements.
Partner with the sales team to develop after-sales technical solutions and support technical discussions for customer service engagements.
Develop and continuously optimize data center product training materials; organize training for customers, after-sales personnel, and key service providers.
