Job summary

Midea America Corp. is expanding its after-sales service team to support data center products across the U.S. East Coast.

The role involves diagnosing complex faults in magnetic chillers, CDU, fan walls, and precision air systems, with remote and on-site support and cross-functional collaboration with Sales. Regular travel is required to support customers and service partners. We seek candidates with at least 3 years in after-sales service, familiarity with large water chillers, and a basic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in after-sales service or after-sales technical support positions, familiar with large water chillers and troubleshooting methods.
• Familiar with the data center industry and a basic understanding of construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex faults in data center products, providing remote and on-site support.
• Organize post-fault reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans, and drive corrective actions for product quality.
• Partner with the sales team to develop after-sales technical solutions and support technical discussions for key customer engagements.
• Develop and continuously optimize data center product technical training materials.
• Regularly organize talent development and technical training for customers, after-sales personnel, and service providers.
