Job summary

Actalent Services LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong data center industry experience to drive sales of project management, construction management, engineering and design services at a national scale.

The role focuses on developing data center sales strategy, collaborating with internal delivery partners, traveling for meetings, and building relationships with OEMs, AECs and power providers to win new logos and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineering services, construction management and/or consulting to data center clients.
• Strong track record in new business development within data center hyperscalers, AECs, or utility segments.
• Ability to align customer goals with Actalent solutions and collaborate with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify new services opportunities within target accounts aligned to Actalent's data center growth strategy.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on engineering, construction management and outsourcing for data center life cycles.
• Use consultative selling to grow deal size and move deals up the value chain.
• Expand existing accounts and win new logos across the continental US.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure contract, regulatory, and delivery readiness.
