Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive growth within the Data Center Services portfolio. You will engage with hyperscale operators, cloud providers, and VARs, building strategic relationships and advancing opportunities from concept to handoff.

Based in a national scope, this role requires on-site collaboration, travel across assigned markets, and close coordination with Sales, Operations, and leadership to translate strategy into measurable pipeline and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years in business development or geographic expansion roles.
• Experience in data center, telecom, construction, or similar B2B environments.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and lead strategic accounts.
• Develop territory plans for assigned markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and leadership during the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and KPIs.
• Engage with customers, partners, and contractors on-site.
