Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Business Development Leader - Data Centers to provide leadership and support account teams across Round Rock, Houston, St. Louis, or Blue Bell.

In this high visibility role you will interact with executives and drive growth for the Process Systems & Solutions business. You will build trusted advisor relationships, develop strategic growth plans, lead pursuits, and participate in quarterly business reviews while shaping market presence at events and with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales related experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, channel partners, and internal teams within the Data Center industry.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans expanding systems and software opportunities.
• Lead sales pursuits and account development activities delivering value for customers and Emerson.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews and communicate industry trends and growth opportunities.
• Represent Emerson at industry events, conferences and trade shows to strengthen market presence.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed business growth objectives and drive measurable commercial results.
• Capture and share customer success stories and best practices.
