Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in data center power management solutions. You will identify opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive proposals to close high-value deals.

Expect extensive travel (50–60%), industry engagement, and strategic collaboration with engineering and operations teams to tailor end-to-end power solutions. You should bring 10+ years in power management with a proven B2B sales record, deep data center

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Power Management with 7+ years direct sales experience.
• Experience in power management or electrical infrastructure sales with a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals.
• Data center market experience and understanding of hyperscalers, colocation, enterprise and edge deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector.
• Coordinate strategy across engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Lead proposal efforts and build customer and channel partnerships.
• Provide technical guidance on end-to-end power management solutions (switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators).
• Represent IPS at trade shows, conferences, and customer events to build brand awareness.
