Job summary

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a Superintendent role within mission-critical construction; 2+ years of field experience is preferred, with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, field logs, and progress tracking.
• Support safety programs, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Assist with planning and coordination for complex MEP and data center work.
