Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct routine jobsite walks to verify progress and identify issues.
• Assist with project logistics planning, site access, deliveries and laydown areas.
• Maintain organized project documentation and progress tracking.
• Promote and uphold safety culture on all job sites.
• Support quality assurance and inspections as required.
• Monitor progress against short-term and overall project schedules.
• Develop positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with coordination of complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure installations.
