Job summary

Pogue Construction seeks an experienced Data Center Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical projects. You will oversee coordination, safety, quality, and schedule performance while fostering strong client and partner relationships on projects in Texas and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 3+ years of Superintendent experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience leading data center, mission-critical, or similarly complex MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all field construction activities from sitework through commissioning and turnover.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term project schedules with PM.
• Lead daily field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning sessions.
• Review documents and identify conflicts or constructability concerns.
