Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction field experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent with day-to-day field activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor work to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct site walks to verify progress and safety.
• Support logistics, material deliveries, and laydown areas.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
