Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager/Site Supervisor in Overland Park, KS to lead the installation, programming, startup, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.

You will coordinate with management and project teams to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule while delivering world-class service and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician)

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management of projects to ensure timely completion within budget and contract scope.
• Supervise Project Specialists, Installers, and subcontractors on site.
• Recruit and hire Project Specialists and Installers; manage performance of direct reports.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors; ensure on-site work quality and safety.
• Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire/life-safety and building automation systems; train customers.
