Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is hiring a Field Project Manager/Site Supervisor for Lenexa/Overland Park, KS. You will install, program, test, certify, and train on fire, security, and building automation systems for assigned projects.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and subcontractors, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring work complies with codes and customer expectations. Prior experience with life-safety and automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong supervision skills and installation experience with building automation, fire life-safety or electronic security systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; strong math skills for calculations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management of projects for timely completion within budget and contract scope.
• Supervises project staff, installers, and subcontractors in the field.
• Recruits and hires project staff; manages performance of direct reports.
