Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Field Project Manager/Site Supervisor to lead installation, programming, startup, certification and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will work with the project team to meet contract scope, budget and schedule in Overland Park, KS.

You’ll supervise technicians and subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, identify risks, ensure QA, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years relevant.
• Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician).

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
• Installs, programs, tests, repairs and services fire, security, and building automation systems.
• Coordinates with the Project Coordinator and supervises technicians and subcontractors.
• Identifies risks, ensures quality assurance, and communicates changes to stakeholders.
