Responsibilities

• Own performance and accountability of field employees and establish clear expectations.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians to improve safety, productivity, and quality.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and progress reviews for field staff.
• Monitor performance using feedback from customers, Site Leads, and Project Managers.
