Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, data centers, or comparable technical environments.
• Proven ability to coach, assess performance, and drive accountability across field teams.
• Experience partnering with HR on staffing, development, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and accountability of assigned field employees and lead coaching plans.
• Conduct and support interviews for field roles and provide hiring recommendations.
• Balance staffing, deployment, and capability with project needs and profitability.
• Develop succession plans and leadership depth across the Field Ops organization.
