Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel.
• Proven ability to coach, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Experience interviewing, selecting, and developing technical employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and manage distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, development, and readiness of field personnel.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Leads to optimize workforce deployment.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians; manage performance discussions and coaching plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity through disciplined HR practices.
