Job summary

JLL is seeking a Critical Environments Operations Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate data center operations to ensure uptime and reliability. You will manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate maintenance, and ensure adherence to operational standards.

With 5+ years in facilities/administration, you will develop schedules, manage vendors, and document activities for audits. The role is on-site in Amarillo, TX and Claude, TX, with opportunities to improve performance and spend visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, facilities management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing critical environment operations within data centers.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to traverse large, campus-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and close work orders for critical environment operations, ensuring all actions are documented in the CMMS.
• Oversee vendor maintenance actions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities, training sessions, and other critical operations.
• Ensure all maintenance actions are traceable and documented in compliance with standards.
• Source and manage vendors for maintenance and operational activities.
• Regularly report on performance, forecast, and spend management.
