Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for data centers on-site in Amarillo, TX. You will manage work orders, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with operational standards to support high reliability in critical environments.

You will oversee vendor actions, schedule preventive maintenance, and report performance and spend. The role requires 5+ years in facilities or admin roles and strong CMMS knowledge to keep data centers running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an admin or facilities role, or related field.
• Experience managing critical environment operations in data centers.
• Strong CMMS/maintenance management knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to traverse large, campus-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: Create, execute, and close work orders for critical environment operations.
• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vendor maintenance actions and coordinate preventive/corrective tasks.
• Scheduling and Planning: Develop schedules for maintenance activities and trainings.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure traceability and audits.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage maintenance vendors and communications.
• Performance Reporting: Report on performance, forecast, and spend.
