Fluor Corporation is seeking a seasoned facilities operations lead to manage a 24/7 team and ensure continuous data center availability. You will oversee PM programs, review HVAC systems, and perform root-cause analyses to maintain uptime.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering or facility management, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of MEP systems. Expect on-call duties and vendor coordination as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in engineering, construction, or facility management or related field.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and engineering documents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 Operations team responsible for a facility.
• Own the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
• Review HVAC and related system performance and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Serve as on-call resource for after-hours issues.
• Develop SOPs/MOPs/EOPs for 24/7 staff.
• Oversee vendor maintenance contracts and coordinate outages.
• Review system operation logs and daily rounds for performance insights.
• QC data in the CMMS and support configuration management.
