Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Facility Manager to join our leadership team. The FM will coordinate and supervise the 24x7 operations across one or more buildings, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance for multiple customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center facility management, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facility experience in building systems.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor facility technicians and operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with change control and safety protocols.
• Oversee daily facility operations and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports on facility performance for senior management.
• Coordinate budget forecasting for OPEX and CAPEX.
