Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee 24x7 operations of one or more data center buildings. You will manage facility operations, maintain equipment, and ensure high service levels across multiple customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center facilities with leadership and communication skills, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and safety. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of building systems and facilities oversight experience.
• Licenses in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents (AutoCAD/Visio).
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor facility technicians and staff, promoting collaboration and improvement.
• Oversee 24x7 facility operations for safety, performance, and compliance.
• Manage on-site hiring, training, and performance of operations personnel.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and contract maintenance programs.
• Maintain records and report facility performance metrics to leadership.
