Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for critical infrastructure operations and 24/7 maintenance across a data center facility or portfolio. You will drive uptime, manage risk, and coordinate with IT and facilities on high-density cooling, power distribution, and lifecycle plans.

The role emphasizes supervision, vendor coordination, budgets, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in critical environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with UPS, generators, chillers, and BMS/DCIM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities staff.
• Oversee 24/7 operations.
• Manage capital projects and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Review quotes for parts and labor.
