Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Manage the performance of 24x7 engineering technicians and facility managers in all aspects of their career development.
• Engage in improvement projects, reaching out to support teams and driving from conception to completion.
• Ensure staffing is maintained and grow with expansions.
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures.
