Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 8-10 direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations ( feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, chillers, pumps, AHUs, CRACs).
• Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (walking, climbing, lifting).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or 7+ years of data center experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Effectively manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Serve as on-call escalation for facilities-related issues.
