Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management work related to construction and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in data centre operations including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, ATS, PDU, chillers, pumps, air handling units, CRAC units.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data centre’s critical infrastructure.
• Manage the performance of 24x7 engineering technicians and facility managers in all aspects of their career development.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Ensure staffing is maintained and grow with expansions.
• Be actively involved in ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures.
