Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or team-lead experience.
• 1+ year of root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years in a data center or equivalent critical environment with UPS, generators, HVAC knowledge; or 7+ years of technical/military training.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor and manager of a team of ICs.
• Balance tactical vs. strategic management with guidance from leadership.
• Maintain safety culture and policy adherence.
• Oversee 24x7 engineering technicians across sites.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Resolve complex facilities-related issues and drive improvements.
