Job summary

Align Communications in the Atlanta metro area is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee onsite electrical installation for data center construction. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and project specifications are met.

The role focuses on electrical power infrastructure—busway, switchgear, panels, feeders, conduit, grounding—and requires reading drawings and directing field execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or equivalent role.
• Experience leading electrical work in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, conduit, feeders, grounding, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read drawings, one-line diagrams, and submittals to guide field execution.
• Experience supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing field schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to support project schedules.
• Oversee installation of power distribution equipment, busway, PDUs, wiring and grounding.
• Review drawings and specs to guide field execution and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor progress, address deficiencies, and report on safety and quality.
• Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover.
