Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee onsite electrical installation for data center projects. The role leads field teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures work is safe, on schedule and conforms to specifications.

The ideal candidate brings strong power distribution knowledge and a track record in mission-critical environments. This is a full-time role based in the Atlanta area, with travel to local projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical construction leadership experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and submittals.
• Experience supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing field schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities with crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to support project schedules.
• Oversee installation of distribution equipment, busway, PDUs, and grounding.
• Review drawings and specs to guide field execution.
• Coordinate with PMs, GC, clients, and other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and as-built updates.
• Enforce site safety and shutdown procedures on live facilities.
• Coordinate inspections and support testing and energization readiness.
