Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee onsite electrical installation for data center construction and infrastructure projects in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work meets safety, schedule, and project specs.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in electrical construction, strong knowledge of power distribution, and a proven ability to manage field execution in mission-critical environments, with up to 50%

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, including leadership roles such as Superintendent or General Foreman.
• Experience leading electrical work in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, wiring, grounding, and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to support project schedules.
• Oversee installation of power distribution equipment, busway, PDUs, conduits, feeders, grounding, and containment.
• Review drawings, one-line diagrams, specs, and submittals to guide field execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, clients, and other trades to resolve installation conflicts.
• Monitor workmanship and progress, addressing deficiencies and schedule risks early.
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation; support RFIs, change orders, and as-built updates.
• Enforce site safety requirements and procedures for shutdowns and energizations.
• Coordinate inspections and support testing, commissioning, energization readiness, and project turnover.
• Manage punch-list completion and ensure installations meet project quality standards.
