Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installation for data center construction and infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is safe, on schedule and to project specs.

The ideal candidate has electrical construction experience in data centers or mission-critical environments, with knowledge of busway, switchgear, panels, feeders and grounding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical construction experience in field leadership roles
• Experience leading electrical work in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, conduit, feeders, grounding and bonding
• Ability to interpret drawings, one-line diagrams, specs and submittals

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities and coordinate crews
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and sequencing for schedules
• Oversee installation of power distribution equipment and conduits
• Review drawings and submittals to guide field execution
• Coordinate with project managers, GC, clients and trades to resolve conflicts
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs and field documentation
• Enforce safety requirements and shutdown procedures
• Support testing, commissioning, energization and turnover
