Job summary

Align Communications seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee on-site electrical installation for data center projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time completion per specs.

The role focuses on power infrastructure including busway, switchgear, panels, feeders, and grounding for mission-critical environments. Based in Dallas–Fort Worth area with ~50% travel outside Texas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, including field leadership.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, feeders, grounding, and bonding.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities and coordinate crews.
• Plan manpower, materials, and schedules to align with project milestones.
• Oversee installation of power distribution equipment and busways.
• Review drawings and submittals to guide field execution.
• Coordinate with PMs, GCs, clients, and trades to resolve conflicts.
• Maintain safety, site records, RFIs, change orders, and turnovers.
