Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee onsite electrical installation for data center construction and infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per project specs.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical construction experience, deep knowledge of power distribution systems, and a proven ability to manage field execution in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical construction experience with field leadership roles.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical installation activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors and vendors.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and sequencing to support project schedules.
• Oversee installation of power distribution equipment, busway, PDUs and grounding.
• Review drawings and specs to guide field execution and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with PMs, GCs, clients and trades to resolve installation issues.
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates and field documentation; support RFIs and changes.
