Job summary

QTS Data Centers, a global leader in digital infrastructure, seeks a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on multiple campus projects. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering, 5+ years in construction project delivery, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules and status reports for multiple campuses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to develop master development programs and site plans.
• Review and approve monthly pay applications and change orders from contractors.
• Support procurement and cost estimation processes and ensure timely project delivery.
