Job summary

QTS, a global leader in digital infrastructure, seeks a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned project(s) across campus sites. You will manage budgets, schedules and status reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Daily collaboration with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors and Data Center Operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Provide monthly executive updates on development program and project status.
• Create master development program for sites including campus design solution and budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Lead multi-phase site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Review and negotiate design, construction, and commissioning cost proposals.
