Job summary

QTS in the United States is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities across projects. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, extensive construction experience, and the ability to manage complex budgets and schedules in a dynamic data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities for projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campuses.
• Develop master development program and capital budgets with stakeholders.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Coordinate with procurement on equipment and services.
• Review pay applications and change orders from contractors.
• Establish project schedules and lead teams to on-time completion.
