SSOE is seeking a Project Manager with data center design experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design practice. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale facilities, coordinating architecture and engineering teams to meet ambitious schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering and construction.
• Proven experience managing data center design or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases and coordinate teams.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align capabilities.
• Ensure project performance within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate issues to leadership.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
