SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data Centers) to lead multi-discipline teams through design and construction of data centers across North America. You’ll coordinate engineering and architecture staff to meet scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining client relationships and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in engineering and construction.
• Experience managing design or construction of greenfield data center projects.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams and remote offices.
• Strong contract management knowledge and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for delivery.
• Define project scope, develop work plans, and allocate resources.
• Execute projects within approved budget, funding, and schedule.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance with quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies, report to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain thorough documentation.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
