Job summary

SSOE Group seeks a Senior Project Manager (Data Centers) to lead data center projects from scope to commissioning. You will collaborate with in-house engineering and architecture teams to meet industry standards across North America, shaping the future of high-tech facilities.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule, employee ownership opportunities, a competitive salary range of $160k-$185k plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 4 years of related experience.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering and Construction.
• Experience managing greenfield data center projects, preferably in an engineering consulting environment.
• Knowledge of contract management, pre-construction, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases and ensure team development.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for delivery.
• Define scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align capabilities.
• Execute projects within budget, funding, and schedule per plan.
• Oversee cost, schedule performance and quality; communicate risks to leadership.
