Job summary

SSOE seeks a Project Manager with data center design experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team in Nashville and other locations. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-tech facilities on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, defining scope, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture or additional 4+ years of directly applicable experience in lieu of technical degree.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in Engineering and Construction.
• Proven experience managing the design or construction of data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, ensuring effective team development, coordination, and performance.
• Manage client relationships to exceed expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Define project scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs.
• Execute projects within approved budget, funding, and schedule, in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and established procedures.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
