Job summary

SSOE Group seeks a Project Manager with data center design experience to lead large-scale industrial facilities projects. You will manage multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams, coordinate complex stakeholders, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and adherence to scope, schedule, and quality while supporting growth in a fast-paced, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or 4+ years directly applicable experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in engineering and construction.
• Proven experience managing data center projects in an engineering consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases with team development and coordination.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact for project delivery.
• Define project scope, work plans, resources, and align with project needs.
• Execute projects within budget, funding, and schedule as per procedures.
• Oversee performance ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain thorough documentation for stakeholders.
