Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Data Center team, partnering with our client on new and existing construction designs.

The role requires an architectural/engineering background with 8+ years in design/construction coordination, strong design management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office. On-site collaboration and client-facing responsibilities are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination or equivalent.
• Experience in project management on large-scale construction programs.
• Design/Architecture/Civil works experience.
• Solid proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation skills and client-facing effectiveness.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support and report to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
• Assist the Project Manager(s) in coordinating and administering the project through all design/construction phases.
• Ensure client services are delivered at a high level to meet client needs.
• Prepare documents for programming, design, construction, and maintain project information in PM software.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with the project team.
• Communicate conceptual designs and maintain project documentation.
