Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Data Center team, working with our client on new and existing construction builds. The role requires an architectural background in the construction industry and experience in design/architecture/civil works.

You will assist the Project Manager in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction, prepare documents, and maintain information in project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Solid experience in design/architecture/civil works and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager and coordinate design/construction activities.
• Assist in preparing documents (reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes).
• Maintain project information in project management software and coordinate meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
