Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its Data Center footprint and seeks a Technical Deployment Lead for a 100% onsite position in the Central US region. The role involves building and validating data centers, training onsite teams, and performing hardware/network diagnostics with up to 60% travel on a rotational basis.

You will work closely with Global Data Center teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure high availability and reliability while following QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with the Linux operating system.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of best practices for cable management and hardware orientation.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with network engineers and project managers.
• Ability to manage time and own projects to meet deadlines.
• Travel-ready and able to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide travel to data centers to build and deploy sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Conduct on-site audits through QA/QC processes.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain test equipment and tools.
• Support projects and follow-up activities.
